Lowongan Kerja PT Sarana Multi InfrastrukturPT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), atau PT SMI, yang didirikan pada 26 Februari 2009, merupakan salah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang menjalankan tugas sebagai sebagai perusahaan pembiayaan infrastruktur, dengan 100% kepemilikan saham oleh Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Keuangan RI.

PT SMI banyak bergerak dalam memfasilitasi pembiayaan infrastruktur, melakukan kegiatan pengembangan proyek, dan melayani jasa konsultasi untuk proyek-proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia. PT SMI membawa tugas mendukung agenda pembangunan infrastruktur pemerintah Indonesia, dimana hal itu dilakukan melalui kemitraan dengan lembaga-lembaga keuangan swasta dan / atau multilateral dalam skema Kerjasama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS). Dengan kata lain, PT SMI bisa berfungsi sebagai katalis dalam percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Sektor yang dapat dibiayai oleh PT SMI meliputi jalan, minyak & gas bumi, transportasi, telekomunikasi, dan lain-lain.

Dalam niat pengembangan di tahun 2015 ini, PT SMI ingin merekrut tenaga kerja baru yang berkompeten untuk mengisi posisi berikut :

 

1. Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

Requisites :

  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
  • Preferably experienced in the related field is required for this position for minimum 1 year, preferably Staff specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and relation management skills.
  • Detail oriented and fast learner.
  • Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills (English and Indonesia).
  • Good computer skill, minimum Microsof Office.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

2. IT Staff (System and Application Development) / (IS)

Requisites :

  • Minimum S1 in Information Technology (Software Development)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Programmer Analyst.
  • Strong capability in develop web-based applications with Java programming language, Dotnet, PHP, and Visual Basic.
  • Strong capability in applications based on Sharepoint.
  • Strong capability in design a database structure for OLTP and data warehouse.
  • Hands-on experience in building business intelligent application.
  • Hands-on experience in design database in MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience in design and develop IT application.
  • Hands-on experience in build interfaces between application.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in command English both written and spoken is a must.

 

3. Cash Management & Settlement Staff (CM & SS)

Requisites :

  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in banking/multifinance company.
  • Good experience in all activities of cash management and sattlement (cash planning, A/P, A/R management, etc).
  • Must be familiar with Oracle Finance Management System.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding in taxation, credit agreement, banking and capital market.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work in a team and underpressure.
  • Good computer skill, minimum Microsof Office.
  • Fluent in command English both written and spoken.

 

4. General Affair Coordinator (GAC)

Requisites :

  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Minimum S1 in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent from reputable university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field, preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Office Fit Out Construction and Office Moving.
  • Hands-on experience in Managing People in Office Support (security, office boy, driver etc).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in procurement and project management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience to manage, coordinate and monitor job report from external consultant, contractors and vendors
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team.
  • Good skills in Microsof Office and Microsof Project.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills (English and Indonesia).
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

5. Junior Staff Legal (JSL)

Requisites :

  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 in Law from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Banking – Corporate Accounts with BSMR Level 1.
  • Have a good skill and knowledge of loan documentation.
  • Have a good skill and knowledge of project finance and infrastructure projects.
  • Have a good skill and knowledge of legal drafting and corporate law.
  • Demonstrated good responsibility and accountability with pleasant working and learning attitude.
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work in a team and underpressure.
  • Fluent in command English both written and spoken is a must.

 

6. Risk Policy & Governance Staff (RP&GS)

Requisites :

  • Minimum S1/S2 in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in developing policy, frameworks and operational risk management tools.
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing guidelines / policies risk as well as the risks that exist in the organization’s business activity.
  • Excellent knowledge in Operational Risk Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills (English and Indonesia).
  • Strong communication skill.
  • 2 full-Time position(s) available.

 

7. Relationship Manager (RM)

Requisites :

  • Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1/S2 in Economics, Engineering, MIPA (Science) from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 tears of experience as same position, particularly in banking, investment banking.
  • Previous experience in municipal financing is preferred.
  • Strong skills and knowledge to understand financing business process.
  • Strong skills and knowledge to understand infrastructure projects business process.
  • Strong skills and experience to perform a comprehensive analysis of the various aspects, especially financing and investment for infrastrcuture projects.
  • Strong skills and knowledge related woth business models of infastructure projects.
  • Have membership in profession association related in financing/infrastructure sector is preferred.
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team.
  • Possess excellent strategic analytical skill.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good skill in Microsoft Office.
  • Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills (English and Indonesia) is a must.

 

8. Financing Analyst Staff (FAS)

Requisites :

  • Male/Female, maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1/S2 in Finance, Economic, Management from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of financing analyst in banking, investment company, financial company.
  • Good skill and experience to perform a comprehensive analysis of the various aspects, especially financing and investment for infrastructure projects.
  • Good skill and knowledge to understand financial statements.
  • Hands-on experience and good skill to prepare finacial projections.
  • Good skill and knowledge related with business models of infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication skill to build relationship with internal and external parties.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about infrastructure project in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding related to Public Private Partnership.
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team.
  • Good skill in Microsoft Office.
  • Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills (English and Indonesia) is a must.

 

9. Team Leader Document Control & Reporting (DC&RTL)

Requisites :

  • Minimum S1 in Finance, Management, Economic, Legal, Archivesfrom reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about Bank Indonesia (BI), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and the Ministry of Finance regulations (including lending and reporting regulations).
  • Able to read and understand legal documentation of credit (including credit collateral), hands-on experience in legal documentation process (including credit collateral documentation) is beneficially.
  • Excellent knowledge about products, systems, policies and procedures in Banking/Finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing good records management (archives management, electronic documentation, etc.).
  • Able to to supervise and ensure that all documents related to the credit and credit agreement always in good conditions and renewed before its maturity date.
  • Able to supervise and ensure all reporting needed are always finalized and submitted to the related party within the agreed service level agreement.
  • Have a good experience and knowledge in credit monitoring is beneficially.
  • Willing to work as a team, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skill and fast learner.
  • Have a good and effective oral/written communication skills (English and Indonesia).
  • Good computer skill, minimum Microsoft Office.
