Lowongan PT SMI 2016PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), atau PT SMI, yang didirikan pada 26 Februari 2009, merupakan salah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang menjalankan tugas sebagai sebagai perusahaan pembiayaan infrastruktur, dengan 100% kepemilikan saham oleh Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Keuangan RI.

PT SMI banyak bergerak dalam memfasilitasi pembiayaan infrastruktur, melakukan kegiatan pengembangan proyek, dan melayani jasa konsultasi untuk proyek-proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia. PT SMI membawa tugas mendukung agenda pembangunan infrastruktur pemerintah Indonesia, dimana hal itu dilakukan melalui kemitraan dengan lembaga-lembaga keuangan swasta dan / atau multilateral dalam skema Kerjasama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS). Dengan kata lain, PT SMI bisa berfungsi sebagai katalis dalam percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Sektor yang dapat dibiayai oleh PT SMI meliputi jalan, minyak & gas bumi, transportasi, telekomunikasi, dan lain-lain.

Dalam niat pengembangan di tahun 2015 ini, PT SMI ingin merekrut tenaga kerja baru yang berkompeten untuk mengisi posisi berikut :

 

1. Assitant Relationship Manager (ARM)

Kriteria :

  • Lulusan S1, jurusan Ekonomi / Keuangan / Akuntansi / Banking atau sejenisnya.
  • Diutamakan yang berpengalaman selama 1 tahun di bidang terkait.
  • Diutamakan staff (non-management & non-supervisor) ahli di Finance-Corporate Finance / Investment / Merchant Banking atau setara.
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan manajemen relasi yang baik
  • Teliti dan cepat belajar
  • Fasih berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, tertulis dan lisan.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan komputer, minimal MSOffice.
  • Tersedia posisi full-time.

 

2. Cash Management & Settlement Staff (CM&SS)

Kriteria :

  • Berusia maksimum 30 tahun
  • Lulusan minimal S1, Akuntansi
  • Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Banking/Multifinance.
  • Berpengalaman dalam aktivitas cash management dan settlement (cash planning, A/P, A/R, management, dll).
  • Terbiasa dengan Oracle Finance Management System.
  • Punya pengetahuan dalam taxation, credit agreement, banking & capital market.
  • Punya kemampuan analitis dan problem solving yang bagus.
  • Pekerja keras, cepat belajar, teliti, dan interpersonal yang baik
  • Siap bekerja dalam tim dan di bawah tekanan.
  • Terbiasa dengan komputer literatur, minimal MS Office.
  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan.

 

3. General Affair Coordinator (GAC)

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience inthe related field ┬ís required forthis position.
  • Preferably Supervisor Coordinators specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Having experience in Office Fit Out Construction and Office Moving
  • Having experience in Managing People in Office Support (security, office boy, driver etc)
  • Having knowledgeand experience in procurement and project management
  • Having knowledge and experience to manage, coordinate and monitorjob report from external consultant, contractors and vendors
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficient in MsOffice and MsProject
  • Eccellent in communication and presentation
  • Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

4. IT Staff (System And Application Development) /(IS)

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (Software Development)
  • Having Min 4 Years Experience as an Programmer Analyst
  • Having Ability To Develop Web-Based Applications With Java
  • Programming Language, Dotnet, PHP, And Visual Basic.
  • Having Ablity To Develop Applications Based OnSharepoint.
  • Having Ability To Design a Database Structure For OLTP And Data Warehouse
  • Having Experience To Build Business Intelligent Application.
  • Having Experience To Design Database In MS SQL, Oracle, And MySQL
  • Having Experience To Design And Develop ITApplication.
  • Having Experience To Build Interfaces Between Application.
  • Having analytical Skill And Problem Solving Skill
  • Good command of English both written and spoken is a must

 

5. Junior Staff Legal (JSL)

Qualifications :

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2-3 years experience in BankingCorporate accounts with BSMR Level 1
  • Having ability and knowledgeabout loan documentation
  • Having ability and knowledge about project finance and infrastructure projects
  • Having ability and knowledgeabout legal draftingand corporate law
  • Should possessgood sense of responsibility and accountabilitywith pleasant working and learning attitude
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
  • Willingto work in a team and under pressure
  • Good command of English both written and spoken is a must

 

6. Relation Manager (RM)

Qualifications :

  • Male/Female, Max 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree In Economy /
  • Engineering I Ml PA (Science) from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years experience as Relationship Manager particularly in Banking/Investment Banking
  • Having experience to develop and maintain good relationship with other parties / clients especially local government
  • Preferably having experience in municipal financing
  • Having ability and knowledge to understand financing business process
  • Having ability and knowledge to understand business process of infrastructure projects
  • Having ability and experience to perform a comprehensive analysis of the various aspects, especially financing and investment for infrastructure projects.
  • Having knowledge and ability related with business models of infrastructure projects
  • Preferably having membership in profession association related in Financing/Infrastructure sector
  • Able to work inateam as well as individually
  • Having excel lent strategic analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MsOffice
  • Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must

 

7. Risk Policy & Governance Staff (RP&GS)

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or
    equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/ Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Having good communication skill
  • Having excelent knowledge in Operational Risk Management, QualityAssurance
  • Experienced in developing policy, frameworks and operational risk management tools
  • Experienced in reviewing guidelines / policies risk as well as the risks that exist in the organization’s business activity

 

8. Team Leader Document Control & Reporting (DC&RTL)

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Management/Economic/Legal/Archives from reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in similar position.
  • Having knowledge about Bank Indonesia, Otoritasiasa Keuangan and Ministry of Finance regulations (including lending and reporting regulations).
  • Able to read and understand legal documentation of credit (including credit col lateral)
  • Experience in legal documentation process (including credit col lateral documentation) would be ad advantage.
  • Having knowledge about products, systems, policies and procedures in Banking/Finance.
  • Having a good knowledge and experience in implementing good records management (archives management, electronic documentation, etc.).
  • Able to to supervise and ensure that all documents related to the credit and credit agreement always in good conditions and renewed before its maturity date.
  • Able to supervise and ensure all reporting needed are always finalized and submitted to the related party within the agreed service level agreement.
  • Having knowledge and experience in credit monitoring would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work as a team, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skill and fast learner
  • Excellent communication in English and Indonesia, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with computer literacy, mini mum MsOffice

 

9. Financing Analyst Staff (FAS)

Qualifications :

  • Male/Female, Max 30 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Economic, Management from reputable university
  • Having min 2 years experience as an Financing Analyst in Banking/Investment Institutions Financial Institutions
  • Having ability and experience to perform a comprehensiveanalysis ofthe various aspects, especially financing and investment for infrastructure projects.
  • Having knowledge and ability to understand financial statements
  • Having ability and experience to prepare financial projections
  • Having knowledge and ability related with business models of infrastructure projects
  • Having good communication skills to build relationship with internal and external parties
  • Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
  • Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficient in MsOffice
  • Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must
