Budgeting Control, Senior Staff – Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Performing control function to all transactions expense in line with procedure and company business demands Supporting superior in reporting and analysis in terms of control and monitoring the budgeting process Maintain and control budget requisition of all departments Conducting review to all proposal & marketing plan submitted by related department Performing Regular budget expense report and analysis Performing Quarterly budget forecast Involve in annual budget preparation and coordination Performing control and review to yearly accrual process

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from recognized university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in budget and controlling function from insurance industry
• Good understanding and knowledge in Accounting Report and Expense Control process
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• High level of integrity, commitment, and positive attitude with high commitment to deliver the result
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good command in English both oral and written

HR Payroll & Compensation Benefit Staff

Responsibilities:
Handle all personnel’s payroll including administration for Jamsostek and pension plan Monitor and manage employee Contract Agreement (preparing contract document, monitoring and handling contract renewal) Monitor day to day employee working time record (absenteeism, overtime etc) Handle employee benefit administration and payment Maintain, update and manage employee data base/record Liaise with outsourcing vendors Involved in Human Resource related projects and tasks

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree preferably majoring in Economy, from recognized universities
• Experience max. 2 years in handling compensation and benefit, industrial relations, but Fresh graduates applicants are welcome to apply
• Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office is compulsory, especially in Ms. Excel
• High integrity, good attitude, hardworking and team player
• Good command in English

Telemarketing Recruiter & Trainer

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing training schedule for Telemarketer
• Handle the hiring and managing telemarketers recruitment process at telecenter
• Conduct the induction training and motivation skill training
• Manage product training delivery

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Coordinating Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent in insurance/banking industry.
• Good Training, Monitoring, Coaching & Development skill
• Good Communication and Interpersonal relationship
